A Heart of Love Message Money and Changes in Tenuous Times

Article Highlights:

  • Is financial disaster inevitable?
  • What should we do
  • Wisdom re: our Financial climate

money and changesDear Determinator,

This week 4 different people spoke to me about their concerns regarding the current financial climate. Each shared concerns about whether a bad recession is coming, whether we are going to have a financial crash. Each person expressed worry and fear and each tagged a similar line onto their worried ramblings, apparently to make themselves feel better. They said, “Well I guess we know the systems have to fail completely for things to get better…”

Do we known that? How did this unwise but pervasive new age idea gain such ground with its negative twist? Let me just say that we don’t know that at all, we can’t possibly. That’s not a given. We made that up, carving it out of fear as a weird sort of panacea.

Things DO need to change, that is true. Things are changing. That is also true. And some of the change seems scary and some of the change is hard. That’s the nature of change for the human usually.

But does it need to be a disaster for things to get better? Not at all. I asked Wisdom about it and this message came our consideration.

A Message From the Heart of Love
Finances and Change in Seemingly Tenuous Times

We greatly appreciate the opportunity to address you and others regarding this important topic. How does change come for the human world, what type of change serves humanity best? While it is true that humanity rally’s together in disaster, unifying and often bringing forth its better side, that is not to say it is the only way for positive change to occur. Not at all. In fact, we wish to tell you that it is not at all the best way for change to come, even great change.

Historically, here are the best circumstances for change: a climate where certain pressures combine to stir the awareness of people so they feel their own desire for change. That then stimulates good ideas about how things could be bettered and brings balanced understanding of what is needed. Such a climate generates actions on the part of many different individuals and groups to press forward to better things, each in their own ways. This is the best climate for change.

The same applies to how your systems best change. Not by crashing but by proper response to inspired pressures. And this is what we, your wise guides and assistants, always work for. Please join us in this way of thinking and understanding.

Sometimes, it seems drastic measures are part of this but when so, they are then guided and properly supported for minimum chaos. Only those who wish to control humanity for their own means work otherwise. They are the purveyors of the doom-day ways of thinking and perceiving, they spread the rumors of disaster and crash. We ask that you not stand with them in what you create with your words and thoughts among yourselves and in your own minds.

So know that those of us who love and work with you on the inner work always to facilitate balanced change. And we ask you to do the same. We request that you not participate in creating the reality among you that severity and even calamity is the necessary path to a better world. This defies any rational thought, does it not?

Do not spout this so mindlessly. Rather, we ask of you that in your dialogues, please stand with us on the side of continued great changes that come in increments of highest possibility for successful result. Will you do your part in this? (more…)

While Dreaming Together, the Scene Becomes Real

Dear Artful Dreamer,
3:30 am Dream
The Scene Becomes Real

amazon

In the dream I’m in a room with fellow artists. You are here too. We are working on the same “project.” My painting is of an estuary that reminds me of a beautiful marsh I often kayaked in San Diego, California. The dream painting however is set in an Amazonian floodplain. It has tall reeds and grasses in a wetland, with a river snaking and bending through it.

The drawing is quite detailed but it’s still in black and white. I’m getting ready to add color when someone comes running in, shouting urgently that “they” are coming to take the paintings. I’m not done. “And,” I think, “I’m not even making it for collection, I’m making it to preserve the environment, to care for it.”

Then I realize what they want. They want to stop us, they’ll take it away. So I start adding color quickly. They try to pull it from under my brush but I hold on to it firmly, working quickly to finish. The painting is very responsive, taking on a life of its own, working with me, becoming real.

I have a sense of wonder as I watch my colors take life, spreading and melding in gorgeous tones of blue and heather, gold and green, that enliven the scene as a breeze begins to move through the grasses and the turquoise waters begin to sparkle and flow.

“It’s too late for them,” I realize, “things are turning around. There’s much to do but it is turning around.” I know with elation that I’ve succeeded – we’ve succeeded – the scene has stabilized in time and is becoming real and it’s too late for them to take it from us. We all turn to one another, grinning and cheering. And then I lift above the dream scene flying across the beauty of the estuary rejoicing in all the life there.

This dream is my prayer. It joins with all your clearly painted prayers and dreams for world. Amama Ua Noa! This dream is released!

The Gardens of All Your Tomorrows

Dear Gardener,

garden of tomorrowI’ve been looking back over past years of my Morning Musings. I take 5 minutes (or more if I want) to just take down what flows. This one is lovely, isn’t it? Enjoy!

Morning Musings

The Gardens of All Your Tomorrows

Clear-eyed, see the past as it was, claim its victories, rejoice in its joys and bless every error for all the gifts of wisdom they bestowed. See the future as a garden in which you sow seeds of the fruit of the world as it must become for all to thrive.

But as for now, this minute, this hour, this one day in your purview, enjoy!  It is a banquet. Attend its feast of simple pleasures, common joys.  Lean companionably against the shoulders of those who join you. Know your loving and laughter or grief or concern as the fleeing treasures they are.

Celebrate the smorgasbord of your day, lavishing it with choices that please you, for this is how the seeds are sown that sprout up in beauty and bounty in the many gardens of all your tomorrows.
