Today I’m continuing to honor Sherryl Lin Taylor’s life, who passed June 23. It was an honor to help care for her and assist her on her journey home. Below is another excerpt from Sherryl Lin’s book, Wise Beyond Your Fears, one that could feel like a message or a hope for each of us today.
Flying
I had a dream where I was flying with one of my clients high above the earth. She emailed me the next day and said she had felt me with her as she drifted off to sleep that previous night.
These are the kinds of things that make my heart soar and keep me humble. My human mind is still in awe of the synchronicities, alignments, and small miracles that are now woven throughout my daily life. I hope I never lose that sense of awe or take any of this for granted.
Excerpted from Wise Beyond Your Fears; Sherryl Lin
I know that Sherryl Lin’s family and friends would say that her belief and delight in life’s synchronicities were among the gifts she lent to others in so many moments and experiences with her.
And I can say that — being with her in her last couple of months — she carried these right through all the changes, uncertainties and difficulties that mount during that phase. Even near the end she was delighted when, for instance, two items of clothing arrived from Amazon just as the two people she’d ordered them for happened to visit her.
Certainly my experience of those final months has been one of wonder at the amount of magic and synchronicities that filled those days.
Let’s follow her suit and expect, find and enjoy a lot of this in our lives this week, ok?
Wishing you many synchronicities and sending much love,
🪄 💜 Mayet
