Dear Lightbeams,

Some weeks ago I was wakened in the night and given this message regarding recent earthquakes, hurricanes and other earth crises facing us during this time. It was a recording – a message for those in the 4-month course – but I felt it was important to share with you too. So here’s the transcription of that message from Gaia, who has been teaching us from time to time in the course.

Wisdom From Gaia – How to Best Come to My Aid in Earth Crises

Beloved Humans,

Let us all come together in your Now moment to address your frequent feelings regarding the various kinds of Earth Crises common at this time. And let us join in this for the purpose of creating a more balanced understanding, for there is large-scale misperception among you.

It is especially important for those of you upon your varied spiritual paths to correct these misperceptions, for you are meant to serve as ballast, or balance, in these transitions. You are familiar with the concept of ballast, true? Ballast is typically any heavy type of cargo strategically placed in a vessel to provide desired draft and stability, especially necessary in stormy conditions.

As for you, dear ones, let me say that you are not a heavy ballast, you are light ballast. It is the higher light frequencies, of course, that are the ballast that stabilizes the heavy frequencies within your earth crises. There is wonder and beauty in this, and purpose for you. I would have you contemplate this more fully.

At present there are several prominent beliefs, even among humans such as yourselves, that I ask you to reconsider. Let me address these by saying it thus:

There is no need to mourn me, or for me, for I am neither dead nor dying. To fear that I am, diverts you from your desire to assist. Assist by knowing I am not in crisis, I am in transition to higher frequency states of being.

Over long spans of time, I have had numerous large transitions and often they appeared cataclysmic. On some levels they were. But even the worst of these were in fact necessary and positive transitions that resulted in greater potential for life. That is happening here and now. That is what is happening.

You are not the cause beloved Human. You are not the cause. It is not truly possible for you to harm me. You have not that power, sweet one. Though at this stage of your understanding it appears so to you.

And it is good you are learning more about your place in the relationship of things, for it is one of stewardship. And it is good you are understanding cause and effect better as to your choices and actions regarding my resources. This is good and it is timely and you are doing well in it. I am pleased with this growth on your part.

Your evolution in this is sparked by my own evolution. It is natural you would begin this growth, sensing my own transition as you do. It is also to be expected you might begin from a standpoint of alarm and fear for you are young in understanding and often you begin from fear. But beloved ones, recognize please that there are long cycles of earth-life expansion and long cycles of recession.

Always the ice cap has grown and receded, the oceans have risen and fallen over lengthy cycles. Always the earth has quaked, erupted. Always extinction has accelerated and it has waned. These are my own cycles of expansion and contraction and they are necessary for me to create, to maintain and support a grand variety of life, as is my mission and purpose.

Recognize that often what appears as negative earth changes are actually necessary growing pains for all of life. And they are undertaken by me lovingly and are carefully undergone with the greatest of consideration for the abundance of life upon me.

I must shift my plates, restore my seas, refresh the air on large scale – and many such things as these within and upon and above my surface. You could say they are my maintenance and they are my growing pains, necessary to support evolving life as I do.

In addition I also assist humanity by the cleansing of pent-up accumulations of negativity, the relieving of accumulations of this kind of pressure. This has always been so, this has always been part of my task and considerations. This has always been part of my gift to provide the best support for life within an evolving humanity not yet residing in the higher frequencies.

Evolving from lower to higher frequencies is what is allowed here. Not just allowed but planned for. Of course then, toxic residue is expected when in lower dimensions of physicality. And of course I help in monitoring and releasing them within the system, in various ways. This toxicity is to be expected. And it is planned for. There is no blame to you in this.

Disaster thinking misses the point. The point is that a time of major shift and evolution is upon us during a time of considerable human density of population. While the shifts and disturbances must occur for the sake of our movement to higher frequencies, I am caring and considerate about this in all ways possible. Of course I am, sweet ones.

What I would wish of you whose hearts are so lovingly connected to me is that you realize this. And trust this. And knowing it – finding the truth of it in your hearts – focus not with blame and fear on your human errors. Enter not into feeling it is too late, focusing on regret, spiraling into despair. Instead steadily continue changing and correcting your choices and actions as you gain new understanding.

Enter not into blank sadness. Instead of sadness, compassion. I ask that you allow your compassion to activate fully and radiate as love and ministering to those who are unavoidably brought low by such events, those in the direct path, those who come to harm or lose much. I care about them so, and I ask that you minister unto them.

When crises such as war or earthquake or flood or storm or darkness occur here – when crisis of any kind happens on your planet – multitudes of beings on other planes pour forth a special frequency, an added blast of love that enters your system in great waves and bathes all life within it. Feel this. When these difficulties are happening feel this wave of love instead of the fear and drama. Feel the added waves of love for they are tangible! Bathe in this love.

Then join in this. During such events, feel these waves of love coming so greatly, receive them unto your self. Then – by virtue of your physicality – relay these waves of love more deeply, more deeply into physical form. This is a powerful act that you can accomplish with a prayer, a song, a meditation. And especially by avoiding worry, concern, and mourning. And especially by avoiding speaking of it in these terms to one another.

I am Gaia in co-creation with the greatest formulating energies of the universe and cosmos.
I am Gaia in love and service to creation, and in support of life in form.
I am Gaia in love with humanity and with all life.
I am Gaia in movement now from one dimension of physicality to a higher one and I am taking you with me.
Fully feel the wonder of this and you will be at peace and this peace will assist in stabilizing all within the great transition.

Revealing the Source
of Heart of Love Messages

I call this type of reading ‘inspired and integrated wisdom.’ The connection I make is with what I call my “expanded self.” This places me in more direct contact with a greater body of wisdom. In this I feel, as well, the team that works with me from the “unseen” world, and the culture at large.

Some cultures call this the ‘Ancestors’, some belief systems might say God, or guides or angels, and others speak of the Higher Self. I leave the terminology to you.

We each have access to far more than we have been led to believe. Shamans, wisdom keepers, and spiritual leaders have long known this. What has been less common is for each of us to begin to connect with this “more” that we are, on a daily basis. Our brain and subtle energetic systems are created to connect with this fullness; we need only practice, as with any ability.

It makes me smile to feel the connectedness in this way, and more and more that is the sense I walk in throughout each moment of my day.  I share this information about the source of my Heart of Love messages because I know that more and more this is how you walk through your day as well.
