Dear wondrous one,

In one atom are found all the elements of the earth;

This is a passage of Khalil Gibran that always leads me into a sense wonder.  I share it because I had this thought today:

Our aliveness depends on our ability to see and feel wonder, to sustain a sense of wonder in our lives.  When things are less stable in the world we tend to get caught up in a cycle of clutch and release, clutch and release.  But true stability comes from focusing not on what is unstable, but keeping our eye on the wonders that abound every day.

Wonder lengthens those moments we are open, it shows the way of peace, it nourishes the body.  Wonder reveals the true miracle of full spectrum living – in all its glory.   Wonder shows us the miracle of our bodies, our being, of waking to yet another day.

Right now, take a slow breath.  Breath – what a wonder!  Feel it fill your lungs – lungs, what a wonder!  Think of all the people drawing their next breath – what a wonder!  May they too feel the wonder of it, right now this moment!  That is my prayer.

*  About My Sessions * 
Practical, inspired wisdom comes through in all of my sessions as well as unique guidance from inter-dimensional beings, the ancestors, your guides and others who join us for your benefit.  I have 4 unique sessions, offered online, by phone or in person. Each session is $130 and is 55 minutes in length.
