What is Telepathy and Are You Doing It?

Dear telepathic one,

For my sessions I receive seemingly endless “thought bubbles” that are comprised of multiple layers of telepathic information. I’m tasked (and guided) with sorting which thread to follow within that, translating it into words that are meaningful for the client.  

What I’m really saying here is that those on the inner planes communicate to me telepathically.  This is not psychic communication, which is related but different.  Psychic info often comes in hunches, symbols, pictures and feelings.   

Telepathy is more like listening to something said in a richer and more complex language, while simultaneously translating it into a language that has a limited vocabulary.  Telepathy is at its fullest untranslated.  

Before elaborating on that, however, I should answer the question, What IS telepathy?

Telepathy is a projected multiplicity of information and expression 

embedded in crystalline light and sound frequencies, not words.  

It has to be translated into words and words contain less information because they assign meaning in a more limited way.  As you grow adept at telepathic communication it can feel more and more like a word conversation, but it’s good to keep in mind there’s more within any telepathic communication than what comes in words. 

Additional revelations from a single transmission may come to you later when the first level has been absorbed.  They can come as ahas, expanded understanding, hunches or ideas, words and thoughts and so forth.  This can be over the next few hours, days, months, and sometimes even years.  

Some telepathic downloads I’ve received are still updating 20-30 years later.  As I become able to absorb or understand more, or as further questions and interest arise, more unfolds.   

Most telepathic communications, then, are like gifts that keep on giving.

A hallmark of a telepathic communication is that it’s far fuller and richer than words can be.  It also contains many roads one might follow – it’s a matter of which thread to pull.  That is the essence of this inter-dimensional communication – it is non-linear by nature.  

When you receive a telepathic “download” it often feels like you just had a big energetic exchange with spirit but you may not know what it means.  That’s a sign of telepathic exchange. Your experience was energetic and noticeable, but you didn’t get words or instruction or specific guidance.  

Spirit often answers questions like this, telepathically.  If you feel like you didn’t get an answer, you likely did – telepathically. If so, you might feel a big burst of love or a shock of energy, or get goosebumps.  You can tell something happened but don’t know how to interpret it so the mind says nothing came.  But in fact it did.

Because you feel something, you try to figure out what your goosebumps meant or why it happened when it did.  You may make up a little story about it… “Well, I was doing this and then that happened and I’d just asked for xyz so I think spirit was trying to get my attention to say… etc etc… “ That’s unnecessary deciphering and doesn’t lead to the most accurate or important aspects of the exchange.

I’ve learned that it’s much more interesting and valuable to leave it alone and not try to figure it out. Best not to move into storytelling for understanding.  I find I get far more by just receiving the incoming energy and letting it absorb undisturbed by mental processes.  

It may be called mental telepathy, 

but it’s not a mental process at all.

The info I get in pure frequency telepathy includes encoded gifts, health prevention for vulnerabilities that might be ahead, answers to questions I’ve yet to ask, past life remembrances, comfort, profoundly satisfying love.  It hardly needs be said that most of those you wouldn’t even know how to ask for, or even know you needed!  

A great deal of what was once needed, what is now needed and will yet be needed is within every telepathic communication.  It’s beyond time and can heal the past, it can speak profoundly to the present or bring antidote from the future.  The more you open to that, the more you receive.  You just have to trust that it’s there beyond your wildest imagining.

It absolutely is there.  I know this now. It will show up in my words and actions –  often on an as needed basis.  Sometimes I’ll get a partial understanding or answer, or a “title” for the download but the rest comes later.  It shows up.  So now, instead of defining what came, I often just say, “I got that, thank you.  I’m looking forward to how it reveals further.”  Then I keep my eyes open. 

Learning to receive and translate telepathic communications for myself was a bit tricky but well worth it.  Doing it for others in a session can be a little trickier. And in the case of my sessions, there are many things going on at once.  I’m receiving in-coming transmissions that I’m translating into spoken words for you.   Simultaneously the team is giving me info about other ways they are working with you.  

For instance, I may be speaking about something of real interest or importance to you while simultaneously being shown how those on the inner are perhaps rewiring a system for your better fluidity.  Or working in a healing way with you.  

Sometimes while I’m speaking the verbal messages plus observing them working, they have me join them in the energetic work. That’s because – so they tell me – there are energetic enhancements I can do, because I’m physical, that amplifies their energetic work with you.  

So it can be a little like a three-ringed circus – numerous acts happening all at once.  It took me a while to grow comfortable with this and develop the ability.  It’s fun now, and more is possible in sessions because of it.  That’s the real nature of our multi-dimensionality, isn’t it? 

I’m told that just as much is going on for the client, of course. They are getting the word-borne wisdom, but also energetic work, memory awakening, tuning up, special love transmissions, seeds and codes, healing and so much more.  It can feel a little overwhelming for the client- but in a good way.  And it all integrates nicely during the days and weeks following. 

Telepathy is entirely multidimensional. A lot can happen at once.  It’s not multitasking though, which is linear.  Our multidimensional nature expresses within our field of non-linearity, and telepathic exchange is it’s mode of communication.   

There’s much more I could say about how that’s developed and what it’s like, I suppose.  It requires a high degree of surrender and vulnerability, for instance. Hmm… maybe I’ll write about it more in the future.  But for today I like the idea of simply introducing the topic to get us all thinking more expansively about multi-dimensional telepathic exchanges.

In my sessions, I’ve been guided to suggest that people listen to the recording a few days or a week or so later.  I’ve been told they’ll hear certain things anew, gain added insights, they’ll correct a point or two they may have misunderstood and they’ll hear things they didn’t remember. 

AND, my guides say, they may even hear things that were not in the session the first time around! That’s pretty intriguing, right?  That’s the nature of telepathic communication.  After a session the information can keep developing.  

This has led me to believe that telepathic communications are actually unlimited and timeless.  They continue to update themselves.  And it seems to me that anytime one wants such an exchange, spirit is there – never ever running out of wonderful tidbits to offer.  

In fact, clients often write later to say, in one way or another, that listening again was just as valuable and impactful as listening the first time.  Partly because the sessions are so jam-packed it’s hard to take it all in during one sitting.  But partly because of the high quality of telepathic exchange we achieve together.  

Telepathy is more accurate, contains much more information and is more flowing and more fun.  I’m sure we’re all looking forward to more and more of that.  Therefore, I thought you’d enjoy hearing a bit of how it works for me.  Knowing it’s happening for you too makes it fun to ponder together.
