Light-Sharing Pt 2 – Discovering Your Life Purpose

Last week a message from spirit came first to a client and was then repeated to me later to be shared here.  A few days later a client asked about their life purpose – this is a common query in session.  Spirit responded with a very interesting and enlightening message about life purpose.  Soon after, it was given in a slightly different form to another client with a similar question.

Then this morning it was given to me in meditation with the suggestion that it be shared in this series about light-sharing.  Knowing your purpose is necessary to that.  And so we continue our series with:

A Message From the Heart of Love
Learning Your Life Purpose

Many ask about their purpose and how to fulfill it.  You have a deep longing to know this.  Why? You earnestly wish to be of service and you want to do so through your life purpose.  And so you ask, “what is my purpose?”

This question sometimes means “What should I do? What should my work be? What am I here to accomplish?”  We would refer to that type of purpose as “small” purpose.  It suggests a project or work that you hope is useful to others and hope to have sanctioned by Spirit.  Such projects and goals may be part of your life work, but they are not your life purpose. 

Projects, goals and life work

We view purpose from a broader perspective and consider the “smaller” concept of purpose to be subject to your own choosing and preferences.  You will best accomplish such purposes from the energy of personal preference.  

In truth, your life requires you to be the one who selects these – your guides or those in spirit cannot answer this for you. That is because such projects and purposes cannot fulfill unless they are highly desired by you and deeply connected to your own will.  They must carry the inspiration of your own conception as well as engage your own creativity. 

As to life purpose – purpose with a capital “P” you might say – let us break this down somewhat.  There is your spiritual or soul Purpose – your life purpose – and there is what may be called your Life Curriculum.  We will address both of these.

Understanding your personal curriculum

Your curriculum is most often laid out before coming to earth. It might include coming to transform certain karmic matters.  And let us interject here that karma is not the repayment for misdeeds or a balancing of accounts.  Karma is simply residue of unresolved intensities from the past.

If the arc of an intense experience is not fully completed and resolved in one lifetime it will carry forward in the energetic field, the akash.  These intensities can accumulate in the akash and sometimes cause difficulties.  Most lifetimes include the choice to resolve certain of these.

For instance, perhaps you departed a life in a state of deep and unresolved grief.  In which case you might set up a curriculum in the next life to experience or explore grief with the leisure to understand and resolve it rather than carry it forward.  

For persons such as you and other light sharers, individual karmic curricula also carry an element of group work because their resolution (or lack of) is always connected to both you and the group.  So using our example, your grief curriculum also resolves grief within the group akash.

So you see that you may carry a curriculum to resolve grief – or anger, abuse, lack of love,  experiences of war, etc.  There are many types of curricula that might be part of your personal, family and/or group work.  You do not take them all on, you choose carefully before coming.  

There are also many ways they might be resolved. If you have a curriculum to resolve intense experiences of war for example, you may not end up in war, though that might be a choice.   You may instead be faced with military draft and decide to resist as a conscientious objector.  

This stance could resolve your intense feelings of powerlessness at being forced into war.  It would also work within the culture/group to seed the option of not going to war in the minds of humanity.  Do you see?

Curricula form loose agreements and goals for a life.  Plans are inlayed to create the likelihood of opportunities for this work.  You can usually discern your curricula by reviewing repeating patterns and then gently exploring their intention and usefulness over time.

Certainly not all curricula are karmic nor are they what you would call negative. Curricula may include gaining shamanic skills, understanding healing, mastering energetic abilities and many such things.  They can include learning more of love or even having a life of greater ease.  Each person will generally have one or more curricula in a life and not every curriculum is meant to complete in one life.

A curriculum is sometimes referred to as a life contract but they are not hard and fast or binding agreements that you either succeed or fail in.  They are general filters that guide and impact your life and offer certain opportunities.  They are purposeful, true, but they are not Life Purpose.

Life Purpose

Larger purpose, what we call Life Purpose, is another matter.  Persons such as you share a Life Purpose specific to this time.  This is the purpose you so long to find, to understand clearly, to know once and for all.  You came for this Purpose and it is just now the time for the greatest fulfillment of your Life Purpose.  That is why the question is on the minds of so many.  

Your Life Purpose this lifetime is to come here to your planet to discover the truth of the Light you are, to claim and own that and to step up to it.  You have come to express your true self – the GodLight of your being – in your every thought, word, deed and action as best you can in your given moments.  You are here to experience what this is like in human form.  

That is your Life Purpose.  It is a simple and clear one.  It is shared by many which means you are not alone in it.  In fact doing it as a group is, of course, part of the Purpose.  This is the Purpose that now occupies you and will carry you to the end of your days.  

Access the peace within you, dearest, the Light and Love that you indeed are – and let it express.  You can allow it to emote from you actively by intending it for a specific purpose or person in a given moment.  This magnifies the sharing of your Light frequencies.  

Or you can more passively express it in your daily moments simply because of your awareness of the truth of who you really are and what you carry.  This magnifies the expression of your implicit light frequencies as well.

This is now your main objective, dearest one, your Life Purpose.  How you do this more specifically is entirely up to you – let it be your pleasure and your joy.
