Dear Lenedra,
We all have many questions, each day so many decisions and choices face us. We also all have a multitude of spiritual interests such as Lemuria, the stars, ancient secrets and peoples, enlightenment. We have many hopes, dreams and goals, many responsibilities, cares and distractions, many pressing concerns.
We live engaged in all this, our minds captured by the excitement and fun of it all or at other times by the breathless pace or the difficulty of what presents. In this way our lives progress from one question, one interest, one excitement, one trouble, one challenge, each one tumbling into the next in a mix that seems to have a life of it’s own.
As a result we seek wisdom, answers, guidance; we have many questions – what to do, who to be with, what happened to Atlantis, how can I grow spiritually, how can I heal, what are the crop circles, what shall I do about this or that, will I be ok?
In the potent and full mix of our passions and interests, our troubles and challenges, we are captured by excitement, travel, growth, interests, fears, mundane necessities, seeking and finding. This is the flow of daily life. As this flow churns and turns it sweeps us along in a rapid stream of mind and emotion through this layered physical experience.
In the excitement and opportunities and challenge of it all, we can drift away from a simple basic truth so vital to having balance and harmony in the course of our days. When this happens, it is time to get back to the basics, to return to the core. Who are you really, What is the truth of you? This is what matters most. (more…)

The Dreamer and the Dreamed
A great deal is said about dreams:
Honor your dream. Remember your dreams. Have the courage to live your dream Fully. Make your dreams Come True. Believe In your dream. Don’t give up on your dreams. Dream your best dream yet.
But what are your dreams if not That Which Reveals the Dreamer? (more…)

Dear Active One,
Someone on the neighbor app for my area said there was a demonstration going on nearby so I hopped in my car on impulse and drove to a big parking lot I knew was near there. Sure enough, there was a gathering with signs, starting to move. Something felt right about it and I moved with them. Without preplanning, I’d joined the protest.
The feeling of it was calm but determined, certain but compassionate, the anger was active and positively directed into taking this action rather than being explosive and unfocused.
