Many have wanted sessions right now and because I was sick, I fell behind.  So I’m keeping the special price for sessions until I give notice.
     If you have resistant patterns or pressing questions and concerns that are interfering with your joy, my new special is a good session for you.  If you have health concerns, it’s a great session for healing.  If you have a goal or project you’d like to explore or you want to understand your current focus and direction better, it’s a good session for these too.

Dear Valiant One,

It’s been a little tumultuous out there for many, including myself as I’ve struggle with a few health hitches.  Luckily they are temporary types of things and are passing now, but they certainly offered me some extended days of misery and challenge.  

In general, it’s a tumultuous time and likely to be so for much of this year.  We’re experiencing a delicate period of passage as our planet – and therefore we as well – traverse our pilgrim’s progress into increasing Light.  

I thought a gentle message from Love itself would be nice right now, so I asked for one.  Here it is. It warmed my heart; I hope it soothes your soul as well.

PS, the photo is one I took of the pool at the base of Akaka Falls, Hawaii, a place long considered sacred by the Hawaiians.  I saw a white rainbow there one evening at dusk – a night rainbow as it is sometimes called.  This is said to be a special visit from the Ancient of Ancients.  It was a very holy moment full of Presence and wonder.

And on FB I’ll post another waterfall and pool I saw in Hawaii and happened to narrate a short 40 second meditation while filming it.  It’s a beautiful place too, I think you’ll enjoy it as well.

Let’s take time together for a few words about the Ukraine. Many predict war, ruin, and breakdown the world over. Your own heart may be concerned and your mind deeply troubled. I have heard some express their feelings that the world is in grave danger or at the least it’s in very big trouble.

Do not fall prey to this mass spinning, dear LighterWorker. Do not follow along with these thoughts and their feelings. Remember who you are and why you are here. Be the re-thinking, re-visioning, stabilizing instrument of peace that you are meant to be. I’d like to suggest that another perspective be added to the current view and feelings about the Ukraine.

The following is a message that offers a more wholistic view. As you read, you’ll no doubt see that it’s a blended message, sometimes from me and sometimes from those who wished to join from the inner dimensions. I started to separate them into a message from me and one from them, but it became too confusing. Let’s explore the return to Love. When you are committed to Love, as we are, there arises the problem of people we have trouble loving. They may be a former partner who “did you wrong” or they may just be someone who always seems to grate you the wrong way. Either way, this can seem at odds with a commitment to love.

What to do when love doesn’t come easily? Let me share an exercise in love that I tried a number of years ago that worked so well I use it still. While not necessarily easy or comfortable to do, it’s not complicated. And I find it very useful, perhaps you will to.

Pause for a moment and think of the most difficult person in your life, past or present. It might be a former friend, an intimate partner, family member or work associate. It could be a politician, boss, co-worker, neighbor. Choose someone difficult for you tolerate (more…)
