Your Dreams Are Born Within the Mind of God
Special note: I’m offering a session special for the first time in quite a while. My NorthStar reading is available for 70$ instead of $100. It’s an in-person reading with an added written component. If you’d like a look at your year ahead or have a few important questions, this might be a good time for a NorthStar Reading. For more information, email me at mayetleilani@icloud.com.
Dear resident,
From my morning musing, something that we share:

Your Unfolding Within the Mind of God
When daily mind makes plans it does this by looking back, by comparing. To imagine something new it basically innovates by starting with a cut and paste from the past… that’s what’s available to daily mind. This can still be creative and useful, BUT…
When Higher Mind “plans” it does so by the surrender to fulness – in which All is held within the inconceivable mystery of being. This is God-mind. Within this, “you” sense the mystery and open to it. Opening within the Mystery, the present is born and moved within. It then begins its movement- moment to moment – on the journey of its unfolding. This is pure conception.
In this, there is the intent to activate life. This is different from having an idea and intending it to manifest. We are not speaking of that intent. The intent we indicate is the intent to activate life in creativity and in the perfection of it own imperfection. This intention is then conceived in the mystery.
From this – “your” ongoing intent- rising mysteriously with the mystery, a formation begins to gestate. In its gestation it grows and accumulates the energy necessary to provide impulse to matter. As this accumulation continues, it develops a more organized geometric frequency.
This introduces audible and inaudible sounds that the building blocks of form recognizes as their own song. Thus, form begins to take shape as matter around this. And within this, form begins to know, to recognize, itself through your responsiveness to it.
You – the witness of this, your process – may feel you do not know what seed has been planted or what it is meant to become, yet you tend to what is before you. But you – the seed itself, in formulation – knows itself to be seed and calls for the conditions required for germination.
Then you – the sprout – knows itself to be ready for sprouting and calls forth what is required so that you – the plant – can become sturdy and move into leafing and budding and setting bloom.
Still – you the witness, observing seed, sprout, stem, leaf, and bud – do not know the final outcome for it is still unfolding in its connection to mystery. And this unfolding is your own unfolding into bloom.
Slowly or quickly there is your ripening to blossom, to fruit. And now you more fully recognize what is birthed and you rejoice and give thanks for this, your project, your idea, your book – the creation of your being – well- tended in the garden of your creations and bloomed fully into material form.
This writing is not about how-to, it is not about doing. It is neither a listing of steps nor intended as instruction. This writing is shared to give you an experience of who you really are and how you actually work – within your residency in the Mind of God.
This is the miracle of our life within the Mind of God, and how we most truly unfold our lives in material form.
Isn’t it awe-inspiring to begin to truly know this?!!
Lovingly,
Mayet Leilani
A Poetic Day, A Rhythmic Day and a Day Full of AHAs

Dear Readers,
Here are 3 AHAs that came to me recently. One is an AHA about AHAs:
~*~
1) “Make today a poem,” that’s what came this morning. “Find its lyrical quality, let the day reveal itself – and yourself to you – as it forms. Find the poetic flow for this day. Enjoy crafting your today – it can delight you just like creating a poem can.”
~*~
2) Up and down and in and out. Round and round and back and forth. Up and down and in and out. Round and round and back and forth. Up and down and in and out Round and round and back and forth.
Wheels turning, pistons firing, tides flowing, sun rises and sets. Up and down and in and out, Round and round and back and forth. That’s the energy of life, of a day. It has a rhythm to it.
When you lose the rhythm (the mind usually plays a part in this happening) it can feel like a speeding carousel, the spin cycle, a bumpy road. But it’s a dance in fact.
Find the rhythm again and go on your way… up and down and in and out, Round and round and Back and forth. Up and down and in and out, Round and round and Back and forth. Up and down and in and out, Round and round and Back and forth.
Today has a rhythm, find its beat and sway, its wisdom meter, and follow that into your day, seek it again when you lose it. You can be a master of this dance as you partner with your day.
~*~
3) A spate of AHAs came this morning, too fast to even know what they are. Little bursts of energy that I recognized as higher information. I know not to worry about naming them all. They are dear little sheep and they will come home when it’s time, wagging their tails behind them.
The energy of an AHA always carries much more information and gift and blessing than the words that may (or may not) accompany it. I love being with the energy of AHA, carrying it around with me, quietly integrating instead of letting my mind pick it to pieces trying to understand it all.
~*~
Weren’t those fun?
AHA, AHA, AHA!

Dear perfectly imperfect one,
I think we new age types get lost trying to perfect ourselves too perfectly. It’s exhausting and wastes time we could spend in satisfaction and joy.
Recently a client and I spent some weeks exploring the value of imperfection. It was illuminating. Here are a few of my ruminations on this topic from my Morning Musings. I wonder which one feels written for you today?
500 “Perfect” Words About Imperfection
March 7, 2024
Morning Musings
In general we tend to imagine others to be either far more or far less perfect than ourselves.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~~*~*~*~*~*~*~
March 8
What are imperfections but imagined outcomes redirected by life itself?
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~~*~*~*~*~*~*~
March 9
We try to achieve a guarantee that things go as we wish, people behave as we prefer, and results conform to our singular vision… this is perfectionism. It is an attempt to control fear, to guarantee safety, to manage the responses of others, and to serve the ego’s need to be right, to be vindicated, and to succeed.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~~*~*~*~*~*~*~
March 10
Hoping for, waiting for or expecting perfection are activities that give our days a hollow ring of falseness. Sadly, we are trained to expect perfection of ourselves.
Doing the best we can, having a good enough day, feeling average, experiencing minor satisfactions… these all seem the failure sisters of perfection.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~~*~*~*~*~*~*~
March 11
Learning to love ourselves as we are is key to spiritual growth, accepting our imperfection in other words. Does that mean imperfection is the path to Enlightenment?
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~~*~*~*~*~*~*~
March 12
What a robber perfection is. It robs us of our small satisfactions, everyday achievements, momentary joys. It robs us of our “imperfect” feelings. It robs us of the disappointment meant to turn our action in another direction. It robs us of self-knowledge, preventing us from knowing what we feel and why, who we are and how we work emotionally. In this way, it steals our days.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~~*~*~*~*~*~*~
March 13
All we judge as imperfect in life, in ourselves and others, are actually the vital building blocks for the important structures of our lives.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~~*~*~*~*~*~*~
March 14
There is a correlation between how much of a perfectionist we are and how generous we are with others and ourselves. Perfectionism affects our ability to have compassion, which effects our generosity of both giving and receiving.

Benedictine Sister and social justice advocate Joan Chittister writes: “The concept of perfectibility, the idea that anything human can possibly be perfect…concentrates on the elimination of errors rather than the value of efforts.” (more…)
