4 Wise Phrases From Spirit

phrases from spirit

June 6, 2024

Short and sweet today, a few wise sayings from Spirit.

Recently I came across some notes from a 3-week retreat I took in 2003 in the mountains of Idaho. There were numerous fascinating spiritual experiences that I related in detail… too long to share here for today.

There were also some phrases throughout the notes, things that came into my meditations and contemplations while there. I thought they were still interesting even these 14+ years later. Here are four of those phrases.

1) What is sovereignty? True sovereignty is living in the experience of having no barrier between you and your Creator.

2) We are here to communicate – by how we live – that there is more to life than physical reality.

3) I am completely and wholly mind – every moment, everything that occurs, is part of my communication with myself to illuminate my path toward completion of what I came here to do which is to realize I am pure God Source living in matter.

4) I am pure Spirit, I am pure Light, I am pure wisdom, I am pure God Source living in a body of matter that I command.

I suggest we choose one or more of these to carry in contemplation as we go about our next days. See you next week.

Lovingly,
Mayet

Integrating the Voice of Oneness Into Your Life For Good

voice of oneness

May 30, 2024

Article Highlights:

  • A NorthStar card for today
  • What IS Higher Mind?
  • What’s the source of duality?

I drew a NorthStar card for us today. It’s about Higher Mind. I think I’ve shared that card or “reading” here before but for those of you who’d like to review it, I’ve included it below.

However, I was given an additional thought today about Higher Mind when I drew the card for us and that’s what I want most to share now. I think this message is rather amazing.

Here’s what was presented to me:

From the Mind of Oneness

“You might naturally assume that if there is a “Higher” Mind, there is a lower mind. But what might be called lower or daily mind might more correctly be called Divided mind. If you quiet and listen, you will become aware of what comes from the left and from the right of that mind.

For it is always ruminating, searching for, creating and finding problems so that you can solve them and therefore at last be safe and free. Always one more situation to resolve, one more problem to be anticipated or avoided or chewed on and solved.

It is ceaseless. It is relentless. And what it amounts to is being continually torn between who you are in your daily life in form and who you really are, beyond life if form. It is that conflict that divided mind is actually trying to resolve in the restless urge to have problems to find and to solve.

To move into Higher or God Mind is to cease the relentless addiction to the cycle of confusion and questions and problems and solutions. That is the trap of divided mind and it is called duality. Divided Mind is the source of duality.

What must be done is to resolve that conflict once and for all – to make it your practice to notice when hearing this chattery mind. To quiet and notice the divide and practice your firm commitment to claim your place within the mind and heart of God instead. And then to listen only for the Voice of Oneness which is the omniscient mind and wisdom that you have constant access to and that comes forth ONLY with truth, guidance wisdom, direction and a plan that leads you forward. Everything else is divided mind.

Make a firm commitment to establishing a practice to recognize and hear divided mind and, doing so, say aloud, “That is divided mind talking (or thinking.) It is no longer my residence of mind. I command an illuminated mind with unlimited opportunity to grow and learn and to prosper and it is in that Higher Mind that I claim my residence and membership even while in form.”

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

Does that seem revelatory to you? I sure does to me. I love the way this has been framed for us today. And it adds so beautifully to the card I drew for us as well (below.) I hope you enjoy both as much as I did.

I’m sending you warmest blessings for your day,
Mayet Leilani

#19 Creative Thinking using Higher Mind

True creative thinking springs forth from an aspect of Higher Mind. This isn’t the chatter mind, nor the analytical or reasoning mind. It is the clarity and inventiveness of a mind expressing inspired intellect and decisiveness with a high degree of originality.

Doubt and confusion are banished in connecting with Higher Mind. Access it with in you. It is also the wisdom available through your Higher Self, guides and inter-dimensional family. It is in the expanded consciousness of Higher Mind that new insights and knowledge express and renew. In this, there is the experience of clarity, balance and peace of mind.

Now is the time to greatly improve your ability to access Higher Mind, part of the so-called “Diamond Consciousness.” It lends a brilliant light that illuminates thinking, that brings originality and creativity. It is Source’s pure knowing. Its light frees one from the circular conundrums and obsessions of chatter mind, freeing your mind of the fog of doubt and indecision. (more…)

3 Journal Entries

3 journal entriesMay 23, 2024

It really is nice to join you here this way, a moment of musing together in the course of our day. Along that line, I thought I’d share 3 journal entries from my Morning Musings. Not big moments, just short ones that allow me to share the beginning of my day with you.

See my cuppa steaming beside me on my computer lapboard. Hear the birds so chirpily getting on with their day outside my window, as I muse and prepare to settle into my morning meditation. These are moments I’m sure you’ve had many of, too. Settle in beside me and join me there.

Hugs,
Mayet

The weather in my head is choppy this morning, thots jumping about on deck, trying to find something to hold on to… skitter-mind. I tell it, firmly, “we’re going to settle down now and set that all aside, “don’t worry, everything will be there upon our return.” But it’s not paying attention to me at all, it’s too busy with its concerns.

That’s ok, I don’t mind, I’m familiar with my mind’s nature and I know that soon enough (or at least eventually, lol) as I deepen it will tire and curl up for a nap. So I leave it to its thrashings and I go within. My mind now sounds like a child talking to itself, but in another room.

I leave it to its chatter and move away, the next room, and the next. As I do, I notice my body breathing a big sigh of relief… it sometimes finds the mind to be soOoo tiresome! 😉

Morning fog, a cup of tea on hand to clear my head. Rosebud tea is my favorite for this… ahhh… the wafting aroma is like a walk through a rose garden as the sun starts to warm the petals. And the taste is like sipping dew drops from petals graced with light of moon and dawn’s first rays of sun. Small delights calm the mind and open the senses to joy and the heart to peace, don’t they?

I’ve had a lot of stuff to deal with lately requiring concentration and balance. Days of it. There’s been some breath-holding and body-tensing in that. So as I settle, I’m thinking about how to unwind that.

“Create Itty bitty satisfactions…” that’s the phrase that comes to mind in this quiet moment. I muse on what it means… itty bitty satisfactions… some days that’s all one can manage, isn’t it, when the onslaught of life’s requirements, or maybe a problem or a pain, press in with harsh demands? Itty bitty satisfactions. Yes, I see, they ease things held too tightly, relax the clenching. (more…)
