Holding Steady in Unsteady Times

Dearest One,

We are smiling because our beloved friend (Ma HuLiLi) thought she would say less and we more when it was decided to communicate with you on this timely subject, but that is not how it is in these times. Her words hold much that our words cannot – they carry your shared experience and personally won wisdom and solution.  You each have this within you, as you know.  We hope you will study her last message, for it is not without our own touch as well, of course.

Yes, it is a time of fluctuations, strong elation and hope, clear purposefulness, ease and strong energy.  Then suddenly, just as you seem to be “picking up speed,” there are bumps of dullness, fuzziness, fatigue, dark thoughts, physical anxiety, brief despair, etc.  These seem to be at odds.

Naturally you enjoy the one and not the other.  But we would caution you against segmenting one as good, the other as bad, for they both simply are what is at hand in a given moment.  You might even say they are natural and necessary to positive development, and you can certainly say they are inevitable for now.  (more…)

message from the heart of loveI speak to many people over the course of a month and in doing this I’m able to notice larger patterns.  These patterns often illuminate my own life because it’s apparent it’s not just me; it appears to be a larger occurrence.  In asking for clarity, I was asked to create this preface that offers understanding from my own experience.  The preface will be followed next week by an inspired Message from the Heart of Love that will delve further.

More than we understand, we are like the murmuration of starlings in the photo (yes, that’s what they’re called.)  A subtle event triggers us and we all swoop into the air in unified reaction.  We have a sense of threat, we feel skittish.  We light nervously on our own wobbly little branch until another mysterious startle moves us to flight again.

Unlike the starlings, our minds are frantic to know what triggered the scary or despairing thought.  “Have I lost spiritual ground?” we ask. “What’s wrong with me?” we wonder.  This fretting indicates a failure to understand we are not just an individual, we are also one.  In our oneness, great shudders move though our linked selves.  (more…)
